On an early evening in autumn Johan Von Slyke purchased the Harvest from a prompt and mysterious gent.
A unique landscape that sat isolated just near the outskirt's edge of the wilderness; some days before All Hallows' Eve. And for the past year there has been talk of rumors of strange occurring's throughout the village and believed several severed animals have been found mangled and manned. As a increase in drifters and neighbors alike disappearing has risen, others are held on trial seemingly at will and without warning.
Unknowingly, Johan had bought from a seller not ordinary, as neither were the grounds in which he purchased in the outer wooded area - along a mist, a thick dense fog.
On a small abandoned piece of land stands a rundown lot and Johan rebuilds the town a place of solace, the Harvests' tradition of give and take. It is the inn, with no define beginning.
Johan's journal is discovered several centuries later, and at the present stands a modern version of The Harvest newly rebuilt but onto soil with the same yearns of old; throughout the night awaits untold secrets of a thirst relentless. Reaping - the sole source of its living is sold an end or something else least forgiving.

Gail Edwards, orphaned by an early age, grips with the loss of her mother's passing giving birth to her; shortly after, her father suffered a tragic accident while working in his fields; Gail was only 5-years-old. Fran, a family friend, raised Gail from an infant, until her untimely death. As Fran had fallen ill around Gail’s 18th birthday; grieving over her loss continues her family tradition, the harvesting of cherry orchards, the last of her family's name. Some time later Gail, upon finding Fran’s hidden letter, reveals Gail was not an only child and finds other ways to accept her new found reality.
Isolated, in the middle of nowhere she is left to fend for herself; to cope she finds herself even to kill all she's known to be real and is never the same. As time progresses the local deputies find a lead of string-of-murders that led near Gail’s premises, but seem to find no appealing evidence. After a strange occurring a warrant is issued to search and seize Ms. Edwards’ property where more is found than expected. Alone to her vices she waits as deputies lag steps behind. When finally captured and arrested Gail was sentenced and sent to the state’s asylum, where she was later evaluated and diagnosed clinically in-sane. When asked how she felt about her crimes replied - “Whatever-do-you-mean? I am not guilty nor am I mad."
